Message	I had to pay thousands in labor and dyno tuning. I was in the process of getting married, buying a house, ect. I just didn't have the time or money to pull the motor again and deal with that. I told chip I would agree to buy another set of turbo's from him if he would credit me back for the PE's. He agreed. So the car sat until we pulled the motor agian. I purchased some HKS 2530's from him knowing he would credit me for the PE's. The turbo's had MAYBE 250 miles on them. They where as close to new as could possibly be when I shipped them. He is making them sound like I had played soccer with them. He is lying about it plain and simple. They where perfect when they where shipped.
