a high-gloss black or gunmetal would probably be your best bet. a black or gunmetal wouldn't draw too much attention and should not clash with the existing colors, but the gloss finish will add a nice subtle touch of class to the car. the yellow would really clash with the red/silver/gold colors already on the car (so would blue). red or gold would look fine, but you would really have to find the exact paint color of the gold or red already on the car. white is too hard to keep clean, i agree.
