Message	When air fuel ratios become close to perfect (ie, perfect combustion which is at ~14.7:1), the heat energy released is greater. This leads to higher engine temps, higher egt's (thus the reason for the gauges), detonation, melted pistons/valves, etc.. Lamen's terms, High EGT's = KABOOM! :(
