Message	damages. Our legal system is so cumbersome that I generally would not recommend ever going against anyone based on principle. Only go to court if there is an economic reward worth the effort. I spent way more than I gained if you consider my travel time, expenses, court costs, etc. And I even had a buddy lawyer friend who wrote the ten letters or so for free.
