| mine doesn't happen under cornering, hard or otherwise. It's pretty much when the passenger suspension travels more than the driver side. Like going over bumps. So I think it might be a torsional issue. But when both sides hit a bump at the same time (like a depression in the highway) it doesn't happen. All links in the front suspension are tight, and the only soft bushins (lower control arm) seem to be in tact. It sounds like something is moving and hitting something else...a good *clunk* as if something was loose. I have to inspect my sway bar end links closer to see if one or both are bent in any way. If they are OK, I'm going to remove my front STB and see if that changes anything. I'm stumped.
