Message at low speeds & at low boost levels. When the vehicle is at idle they are closed. When I roll my windows down I can hear them pushhh a little even under non boost conditions. I have experimented with the spring pressure on the BOV. I can see the changes in air flow when I shift using the MAS air gauge from the A/F controller. I went to either extreme on the settings with very little change in flow when shifting. Go figure?

From now on I dont car anymore, I am registering the car in a different county where they dont require testing.
