Message	that actually drive their cars. Sure, not all of us have cars that are rare and perhaps carbed and very difficult to pass smog but this bill is a leadin to much more strict ones. Anyone in Cali that has read the paper in the last few days knows hell is coming. We're the testbed for the EPA and a big one is coming that we'll be testing for all newer model cars. Next up is ours after that. It's just a step in the wrong direction for a group of people that typically already have relatively clean cars that are legal in 98% of the states but perhaps not "California Clean". Attacking these people but leaving much of the big business unregulated (or so slacked it's worthless) in certain areas that offer 100,000 times the pollution = wrong. Bleh.
