Subject	is bypassing the fuel dampener a good idea?????

Message	i have heard and seen people bypass the fuel dampener in the fuel rail, i wanted to know if it was a good i dea for our car?? they day that it is supposed to let more fuel flow through the fuel rail and help it not lean out, this is one of the fuel mods on the TT supras and one of my friends did it on his supra and it helped what do you guys think is it a good idea?? the plus and the minus of this mod??
