Message I am very happy at -.7 degrees all the way around for street use.

For the track, I give the rears 1.5 turns (Nismo rear adjustable upper a-arms). This adds 1 degree per full turn, yielding me 2.2 degrees of rear negative camber.
All you need is a large wrench (adjustable works well), a floor jack (to get the weight of the vehicle off the wheels), and a screwdriver to turn the adjustable sleeve.

I then adjust the fronts 3 full turns, as each full turn is roughly 4.0 degrees of adjustment (midori style). This yields me almost 2 full degrees of negative camber. Next event, I will run 4 full turns.
this adjustement is very similar to the rears. you need to get the weight off the wheels with a jack, then you'll need a 4.5mm allen wrench, and a large set of adjustable pliers to turn the turnbuckle.

Including the rears, I can adjust the camber in less then thirty minutes. I use this time to install my brake pads too since it needs to be done.

I would not recommend running this race setup on the street as the car is noticably more unstable in straight line cruising and accelerating.

If you do more track days then street days, then just stay with your track setup. Just be aware you give up tire life and stability (really really dangerous in rain).
