Message noise. I dynamated one of my ex-girlfriends Civics a long time ago. Car had horrible road noise, once we did it made a considerable difference in road noise. But it is a bit pricey for the good stuff and adds a bit of weight to the car. If you can live with those two things, it's a great addition. Was planning on doing it in my current Z but I will most likely add in foam injection as well to aid in the road noise muffling.
