Subject	Brighter bulbs for tailights VS stock bulbs?

Message	I know Rybrig and PIAA etc.. specialize in bulbs, but does either company or does anyone know of a company whom has the same size tailights bulbs, but only brighter? Would liek to tint my tailights but try to keep them legal. thank you PS what size bulbs are used in tailight housing?
