| ... installation on Z32TT!!! Man they are making few big misstakes. here, read it: [[ http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/january04/300zx/ ]] First thing they wasted their time pluming the water supply from the rear of the car to the front. Its not nesesary, they could just tap it from the front windshield pump supply, it will work fine and it workes fine for me. Second thing they did wrong is use huge injectors .9mm for each side and with the pump pressure of 60psi thats a LOT of water for even 18 psi. No wonder why they say the car will lose a little power. Am using 45psi pump and .6mm injectors and am boosting 18psi no ping on 91 fuel. third thing they are doing wrong is copying my idea of injector location. Well too bad for those dumbasses right bellow that injector is the line for the wastegates, in their case it goes to the electronic boost silenoid valve which will be full of water after few runs. In my set up I use manual boost controller valve which is from air compressors and its designed to deal with water also, I installed it on top of the plenum that way water can allways go back to the pipe (am talking about few drops only) also inside the boost controller there is a small chamber that has a cap and every month I take it off so that few drops of moisture drain out. We are talking about small amount of water but that small amount can rust and damage wastegate actuators in few years and the engine pull will require to change that sob. forth thing they are doing wrong is using so big injectors and no water acumulator for that little expencive peace of shit aquamist pump. That pump will be operating rapidly on off and its life will decrease dramaticly. They should of went with shurflo heavy duty shit instead. [[ http://www.geocities.com/boostbyturbo/waterinjection.html ]] That ling is to my site, at the moment am building the system for intercooler spray, I will post the pictures here in future.
