handled that situation it was very very mature unlike many many people on this site handle things.... you gave the vendor a chance to fix the problem before stating there was a problem. and to chip very good response thats the way all vendors should be... if you make a mistake accept it and fix the problem.... a bravo zulu to you both. -joseph
