Each side is independent... It splits at the intake but when it travels down the right side, it goes to the turbo, then to the right intercooler, then to the right throttle body, into the intake manifold, and feeds the left cylinder head, which feeds the left turbo, which compresses the left intake air, send it to the left intercooler, then to the left throttle body, into the left side of the intake manifold, and feeds the right cylinder head, and then the right turbo and continues the process. So... with that in mind. When the pipes returning from the turbos go to the intercooler... one should go to the top, the other should go to the bottom... and then on the opposite side, it should go to the appropriate throttle body... i.e. Driver (Right) turbo return goes to the upper half of the intercooler on the right side, then the upper half left outlet goes to the left throttle body. Passenger (Left) turbo return goes to the lower half of the intercooler on the left side, then the lower half right outlet goes to the right throttle body. From you pictures... if looks like the turbo returns on both sides go to the bottom connections on the intercooler, and the throttle body feed pipes go to the top connections on the intercooler... i.e. you want get any air flow... the throttle bodies will try and suck air from eachother, as the turbos try to push air AT eachother in the intercooler. You may have it setup correctly, but in your photos, it looks like it "could" be hooked up wrong from the angles I'm seeing.
