Message	as the rest of the country. at the stateline, emails are screened by switch board operators, converted to telegram, and sent via Pony express to accountholders door. this process usually takes 2 1/2 weeks. just kidding ;) Chips a real busy guy, but he is honest. you might should try to call him.
