| category from time to time, but if names were published it might put enough of a spotlight on those who disregard the rules that: 1) They might change their habits. 2) They would know that they are being watched - and possibly their days on the forum are numbered. and/or 3) Other members would have a better idea who's been identified through the list and treat posts from the individuals in a different manner. Now I realize this is heaping more work on those who have graciously volunteered their time to support this site - so please don't think that I'm tossing this idea out there without some sense of the impact. But on the other hand, I've seen a lot of effort spent to avoid publicly naming the offending parties (probably for good reasons that I have no knowledge about) and as long as that immunity is offered, the behaviour will likely continue and maybe even spread. I'm not an expert on this subject matter and that might be enough for some to chime in and tell me I have no idea what I'm talking about. Fair enough, but I wouldn't feel right standing on the sidelines watching this without trying to offer some kind of help. So in the end, it won't bother me if those who run and moderate the site don't agree with this idea. But at least I wanted to try and make a suggestion. Dave
