Message	I should have been more clear, I was not refering to parts that Z1 had installed in particular, just that sometimes things happen, even with new parts. I guess you could say that I am pro Z1, I am pretty much pro "all the vendors" and against people that slam any vendor before trying to work out the problem first with the vendor.
