driver's side IC. So I put the car on stands and all the IC connections were solid from below. I then suspected the tube coming off the compressor side of the turbo (or the wastegate itself) because I NEVER heard a leak with a boost leak test (I did 3 and Damon did 2). Anyway, the top of the carbon cannister had basically blown off (to the point where the car wouldn't boost past 9 psi). Damon pulled the fascia today and removed the CC- problem solved. Emissions stuff will get you every time. I still don't know why I couldn't hear it with the boost leak test at 10psi, though...
