but i have a family member that works at Nissan and was able to get a lot of parts for cheap. i also did all of the work myself (with the guidance of my uncle who's a mechanic, the many notes that Ash left on his website, and a nissan service maual). i got brand new turbo's and intercoolers and some electronics such as an HKS EVC V and an HKS type-1 turbo timer. i got the rest of the stuff from eBay. eBay is your friend. it should be easier to do the swap now. now there are a lot of people out there selling intercooler piping and those were the most difficult parts to get.
