I know that in the tech section it states that you should clean your throttle bodies every year... La-Z-LinkHowever...I cleaned mine about 4 months ago because of the motor stalling sometimes while it was cold. After following the instructions on the tech page the Z performed great with no problems while she was cold. I tend to drive my Z about 90% in town driving, so I can imagine that I get a lot of carbon build-up. In this case, should I clean my throttle bodies twice a year instead? Would you guys recommend this? I'm not much of a wrench turner, I can do minor DIY stuff, so I'm just leary about "overdoing it" with cleaning too frequently. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
