Message	A timing advance will lean it a bit, I would bet you are low at 12 or 13 degrees. Get it to 16 degrees and check your A/F. That would account for a nice chunk of lost HP, I have made a two degree change on the dyno and gained 18HP, it also cleaned up a overly rich condition.
