Message	and the number is quite low for what he should be hitting. Also, his A/F goes way rich fore "some" reason. Granted, he may have other issues, but the first thing to check is boost leaks. Strike that, ECU codes, then boost leak. Just saying that boost leaks are quite common, and to me, this appears to be symptomatic of that.
