Like Steve said, not much air gets back their, So you can not put the seat all the way back onto the amps. If you have leather, they will melt and burn it. When you get home from a long ride of blasting the system, push the pass seat forward , so that the amps cool off a little faster, by having more air space. Hell even when I go out by myself sometimes, I'll push the seat forward for about a mile with the window down letting the freeway air hitting them, thus cooling the turbo way...lol.
