Message	If you do (and that's what you mean by having it "seized,"), what's the point of being the "nice guy"? If he was dumb enough to sign the title over to you before getting the cash, the car is legally yours. You can report it to the police as unauthorized use and get the car. The situation sucks, and a similar one happened to me before, but for some reason I just find it hard to feel bad for you. But I do hope it all works out.
