When I say drag your feet, I mean it... make it a couple days or a week if you can between emails... then tell him how you are in a BIG hurry to get the money and are really anxious to sell the car. Make it as if you are in serious desperation. but, be slow about it. If you are wisy-washy, slow to respond, and just generally a pain, they wont email you anymore. You need desperation in your voice. Like the US Military adage "hurry up and wait".
