Message My father and I were working at one of our clients houses' the other afternoon. ( My dad does structual and ornamental steel work.)

Anywho, we were installing trellases (sp) for the wife's plants to grow around. We talked to her for a while in the garage about how we were going along to install these. All of a sudden my eyes came upon a 2003? BMW Alpina Roadster. I began to admire this beautiful car, when I hear from my daze,

"Is there anything else you guys need?" And me, being my sarcastic self, said "Yea, the keys for this baby."

She said, "Oh, you wanna take it for a ride, my husband would let you, I know he would." Right after she said that her phone rang, it was her husband. "Nick is admiring your car" she told him. Then she talks for a second and says bye.

She said, "Oh he said go take her for a spin". I kept refusing, I mean come on I'm 17 and he trusts me to take his $100,000+ car for a ride when he's not even home.

To make a long story shorter, I finally gave into agreeing to take a ride, as a passenger with her daughter, also my age. We take it down the road and she keeps taunting me to drive this thing, she pulls over and tells me to drive it or we're not going anywhere.

So I hop in, check the mirrors, and ever so careful start to drive away. So me and here are talking and I say, "I don't think I've ever seen one of these driving around." And she replies, "Oh, probably because there are only 400 of them in the US". Holy shit man! I'm cruising around with this babe in a car worth more than our house, how could it get any better? We hit a straight away and she tells me to get on it. So I punch this thing from a 20 roll, oh my god, I never thought 375hp would feel so amazing. Especially since i drive an NA.

Needless to say, it made my day, maybe even my whole year.
Sorry for mummbling on so long, but you can tell I'm excited like you would not believe.
