And I can see the owners concern. Just take my concerns (retarded drivers, tractor trailer blind spots, crappy roads) and bump them up an order of magnitude or so. It's a shame to see these cars consume people as we've seen here in recent years. What really gets me though is the shop queens. I'm not naming names or pointing fingers, but there's two types of monster Z's: Those which are bought, and those which are built. I could see the pride in doing all the work your self, and building a monster 500+hp with pr0nstar good looks. There's a certain sense of satisfaction which goes along with that. Being paranoid about driving at that point is understandable, because no insurance in the world can give you back the elbow grease, sweat and coutless years spent in building it up. The purchased super Z's are just that. Purchased. If you select all the parts, send your car somewhere, have them do all the work, and then you're affraid to drive it, I'm sorry, but you deserve a swift kick in the junk. I don't see the point in that. But then again, as someone may reply "it's not your money, so what to you care". I don't, that's just my opinion.
