Message	So I took my Z into a local BMW race shop to have a full custom cage installed. The quoted me $3700, and three weeks worth of labor time. The price is so high because they are stripping my entire interior and painting the cage to match my Z inside the car. Other places quoted me $4500. I got a call today saying that now it will take two months and about $1000 more. Story of my life with the Z. Everything takes longer. I have about 500mi on my newly rebuilt motor, and havn't even gotten a chance to boost it yet. Now once I get it back from the shop I'll hardly have time to break it in before winter. Sucks!!
