| The EFI wiring harness is different, no big deal untill the car gets old and the harness cracks, 520 when you need to replace it, buy it now. The ECU is different, no biggie really. Like I said earlyer the car has more o2s and a flywheel sensor. If your tranny ever dies you will either need to order a new tranny for a 96, find a used tranny for a 96, or get a non 96 tranny and swap the bellhousing. otherwise the main body harness is the same, however hte dash wiring is different for the OBDII. the parts that YOU WILL NEED to replace with age wont be hard to come by, however when upgrading for aftermarket stuff things like exhuast and ECU you will need to think first, like getting your exhaust modded for the 96 stock down pipes and the second o2 sensor....
