and frankly, i don't know if i like them too much. However, they are better than the alternative. And when you tell other insurance compnaies you have them, they ask..."why would you want to leave USAA?"
In my experience with USAA, with incidents, i feel like i'm always on the defensive, trying to back my way out of a corner. It's almost as if they made up their mind before even considering my side of the story.
