Message	know for something over maybe $50. As far as I am concerned, you can do it two ways. Either escrow service or COD. I purchased a used road bicycle from a guy, using escrow, and upon checking the bike, I saw that the frame was bent. So I was able to reject it and not lose the money - approximately 800 bux if I remember right.
