Message	Ever notice that you can hit 15psi at ~3K rpm in 5th gear, but can barely hit 15 psi in 1st gear. The same can be seen by brake loading the engine (hold down the brakes so that the car cannot accelerate). You will be able to hit more boost at the same RPM that you can by accelerating.
