Message	by no means is this definitive, but about 3000 miles after putting in ES bushings with stock rods, I switched over to SPL adjustables. The mounting holes on the lower arms were ovaled out and fatigued. I did both installs myself, so I was pretty aware of the condition of my lower arms before and after the ES bushing install.
