| :my suspention does not travel a lot thats why there is no stress on the rod. If you use stock height and springs it might crack the tension rods take the load of braking. the heavier the braking, the heavier the loads. the rotation of the suspension only adds to these loads as the bushings are being tortionally loaded as well. HOWEVER, thats what the bushings are designed to do. they give. therefore, they will not cause stress cracks in tension rods. Infact, it's very very ulikely that a tension rod ... in tension... will crack ever. it's the wrong kind of stress loading.
