First of all, an RB26 is not a hugely torquey engine. In order to make power, you have to bring the revs pretty high.... not something you would do by accident. The only reason I have never wrecked any of my Z's is because I practice with rear drive performance cars.... defiantly not because of the way I drive :). If you want a kid to learn, that would be a good car, but remember that you have to teach them the limits and why even though you can do certain things, you shouldn't. PS: Maybe he can pay you back with some wins street racing :)
