I saw my first (and only) S7 at the Road America 500 in 2001 (or 2002. whatever, who cares?) This was probably right after its debut and before anyone ever heard of the car. Nobody there knew what it was, but just by the look and sound of the car it instantly became my track favorite. The LMP cars (Black) were the closest in competition, and while they sounded like Hyabusas with their high-revs and long gears, the S7 sounded more like the Panoz LMP with a raspier tone to it. The M3 GTR (2nd fav) also sounded the same. Bottom Line: Best car to ever come out of the "colonies." .02: If a free S7 meant to be sole survivor of WWIII, I'd have a lot of open road.
