Message	Not sure if they convert 4 to 5, but I believe they convert one size 5 lug to another. You basically bolt it on like a wheel, and it has its own wheel studs, and you them bolt your wheel to it. Its like having a second hub... as long as its tightened correctly, its safe. A lot of cars use spacers made like that... same thing, just not changing the lug spacing.
