Message	: Took my car to emissions w/o the cats and failed miserably. I was almost double on CO, HC and NOX. The guy almost launch my car from the dyno rollers. I am putting the cats back on and retesting. : The Howe radiator is the shit. Keeps my car at 180 in street traffic with a Perma cool electric fan. I am using my stock shroud. On the freeway in 60 weather, the temp goes down to 165 degrees. I am guessing I will have to go to stock fan in the summer. : My gas mileage has gone up to around 16 mpg. I was getting about 11 mph . Now my car has 350 miles on it. I am doing 95% city driving. : I called Powertrain up Tuesday. Got a replacement DS on Friday. That was quick. : Mike The car will run rich until the coolant temp reaches ~ 170-176 deg F, so if it's running @ 160 deg F, the car is running ultra rich (unless you have the ECU reprogrammed)??
