Message	Ok this is going to sound wierd and all, but after tommrow( I prey to god) I will never have to pay another ticket in my life. I learned about this whole procedure about 4 months ago from a friend who is really into reading about law and yadayada. Well I got a pretty big ticket in the end of june, which If I dont beat tommrow Ill prob loose my lisence. The thing is, due to some of the paper work I have filed, the prosicuter is in something called a default because he did not answer my affidavit of truth. A default means, he cannot speak, he cannot speak he cant convict, he cant convict i walk away. Now if the judge tries to take his role(illigal to practice law from the bench) I give a writ of mandamus and if that still doesnt get a dismissal then I have to apeal. If it does come down to an Apeal, I must go infront of a supirior court and they will dismiss, for fraudulent acts of power.
