: I pulled into a local gas station and here comes this GS-T spyder eclipse (97'-98') and I rev my engine and he does too. So then the dude starts to get back onto the road so I follow him. I know he wanted to race too. So were cruzin' about 40mph and I hear his HKS BOV's, and he was 5sp I am auto, so he downshifts and he is pulling on my hard (he was leaving me bad) by the time I knew he was taking off I floored my Z he was already a ways ahead of me, I was behind him. This dude had the HKS hiper exhaust/HKS BOV's/ I am sure he had an intake and some other mods. His car is lighter and I had my friend with me also which added weight (IWANNAZ on the forum) and this dude could down shift so get a jump on me and I was behind him to start with. So he had a jump on me from the beginning. I want to race him from a dead stop not a rolling start and see where I land in the race. I mean he really didn't "kick" my ass but I am pretty sure that he can beat my 90' stage 2 NA 2+2 auto. See Harry/Phoung/JON!!!
