Message	1) Fiberglass 2) Use sheets of aluminum The aluminum would be rather easy, the fiberglass would be 10x harder, but the fiberglass would be lighter. Fiberglassing you could do in your garage, whereas if you wanted to make aluminum ones, I could help you out.
