Message	and had to deal with customer surveys? I just bought a new car and the dealership sales staff kept reminding me to fill out the survey and bring it in for a free gift and tank of gas. So I got my survey and filled it out. Took it down to the dealership to get my free gift and gas. They also wanted the envelope it came in to mail off to corporate. I figured out why they wanted me to bring it in person. Car dealerships get evaluated on surveys. If they do good they get bonuses and awards from what my friend told me. By them personally mailing the surveys from the customers , they can throw out the bad surveys so it doesn't effect their overall score with the manufacturer. They have it all figured out.
