| What ever happened to companies competing against each other by developing competing products and trying to outdo each other? Now it's just a game of imitation, and many of these companies do in fact break patents and the like by making exact duplicates of competitors' products in foreign countries. Sure, where there's money to be made there will be people out there willing to bend the rules or even break the rules. But it doesn't mean it's right, it just means that they put money before other values. It's one thing to be opportunistic, but it's another thing entirely to put money before all else.
