Comparison between it and the Z:
My stage III Z makes the RX-7 (stock) feel like a civic but I have to say the handling on the RX-7 was unbelievable. I also love the lines. When you're looking in your side mirrors you realize how much shape there is to the rear fender. I bought the car with 63K miles but the engine only had 2K. I drove it as my DD for a year and never had a problem out of it. All I did was change the oil and check the fluids. At ~73K one of the turbos started leaking. It was really small and the shop I had all the work done with said it was no big deal but the oil was dripping down around the exhaust and causing smoke every now and then so I just went ahead and replaced them (that's how I am with my cars). Anway...I bought the car for 13,500 and sold it for 16,500 a year and a half later. I got more looks in that car than I do in the Z but if I had to choose overall, I like the Z better.
