My eyes were opened up a lot when we went through the tour during ZCON, and during the amount of time we got to talk to Steve directly about many things. Their Customer Service department may not be the best, nor marketing, but I have changed my mind about them being a bad company overall. I doubt that the tarnished image that is seen by many Z32 owners will ever be likely to change though, simply because of how long that image has been allowed to proliferate.
