Message	I think that fixing the stock system will be much easier than installing and setting up a stand alone system. If you did install that stand alone system, the first post would be "I got my standalone system installed but the car won't run right!". Fix the system you have on it now. More people will know how to help you fix a stock fuel system than a standalone fuel system. And answer Nixit's questions.
