Sans limiter, it's in excess of 190+ mph based on gearing, stock or modified rev limiter, and depending on the rear tire size. I did the math for it before but I don't remember a thing. Taking into account coefficient drag, space to reach that speed, and power, it might be a bit less in real life situations.
