| It's the typical hype you always hear... such as that dyno's are coming soon to prove its worth and such. Also, this is misleading: Q. Does the Electrochargerâ„¢ cause the engine to run lean when it is activated? A. No, it does not affect the engine fuel injection or ignition systems. They are advertising that this will make big HP gains, but they make it sound like it doesn't affect the fuel system. They're overlooking the fact that most cars ECU's don't know what to do with all that extra air coming in, or if the cars' stock fuel injectors can provide the extra fuel needed. In fact on all the questions asked, they make it sound like it gives amazing benefits while having no drawbacks or any type of impact on the car's engine system. And then to top it all off: The ElectrochargerTM, while providing additional torque, doesn't burn extra gasoline to provide that power. Also, the customer doesn't need to switch from 89 octane to 91 octane gasoline. Why don't they just say it runs off perpetual motion and cures all the world's problems while they're at it? I bet it's made by a couple of college aged kids, one of which is taking classes at Texas A&M.
