Your list doesn't mention ICs, so I assume they're stock which you really should replace if you're running Sport 500s. Wtih stock injectors, you'll actually be slower than with stock turbos as you can't take advantage of extra boost the 500s can make and the 500s will mean a slightly laggier spoolup which will hurt 0--60. Z06s are really really strong off the line. My 2001 C5 consistently made it to 4.5 0-60, but my Z with sport 500s, larger injectors, ICs, all the other usual goodies, and running 18psi, I still never get much better than high 4s 0-60 and that's with perfect launches. It's still faster than my C5 once you get going, but launches are not the 300Zs strong point.
