well. if i only spent $1 at a place and they treated me like i spent $1000+, i would say "damn, thats some good customer service". if i spent $1000+, id be like "wow, i spent a lot of money and got treated like i didnt. cool. as long as they treat everyone like that, i know they dont play favorites so i wont have an issue when i order a lot less. now THATS customer srevice"from being in the retail field all my life (even being a mechanic), ive learned that no matter how much someone pays at one time, word goes around quicker when you treat the lesser purchase good as well. usually people that spend an assload at once are the fuckers that bitch over any little thing. if you have a legit cs complaint, then so be it, do what you need to. but if its something like "they told me itd be here tuesday and i got it next monday" then drop it. you should still atleast mention what happened, so people dont respond with dickish posts like this
